In pursuit of enhancing student skills and bridging academic aspects with practical application, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a pivotal workshop titled: “How to Benefit from the Study of Engineering Materials and Link it to the Labor Market: Practical Insights”. The workshop was presented by Engineer Veronica Victor, a graduate of the Faculty’s Interior Design program, who shared her field experience in interior design, highlighting mechanisms for employing academic knowledge of engineering materials in real-world projects that precisely align with evolving market demands.
The workshop saw heavy attendance and significant interaction from department students, who raised numerous in-depth questions and discussions about the integration mechanisms between theoretical study and practical application. This interaction reflects the students’ eagerness to explore and thoroughly analyze these inspiring experiences.
The event took place in a stimulating educational environment, opening new horizons for students to understand job market needs and adequately prepare for them. This underscores the faculty’s commitment to qualifying cadres capable of bridging the gap between academia and industry demands.
