Guidelines for Attending the Personal Interview

2. Original payment receipt bearing an official bank stamp.

1. Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant.

1. Mandatory Regulations and Instructions:
2. Punctuality: students must strictly adhere to the scheduled interview appointment; as non-attendance on time renders the appointment null and void.
3. Parents Attendance: presence of a parent (father or mother) is mandatory or an officially authorized representative holding a certified power of attorney.
4. Interview Location: Theoretical Building, First Floor, Room D124.
5. English Placement Test: Students must proceed immediately after the interview to Room D112 to take the English Language Placement Test (Note: This is an assessment test and does not affect the student’s admission status).
6. Medical Examination: Students must report directly to the University Clinic for their medical examination immediately following the completion of the English Placement Test.
