PUA’s Faculty of Legal Studies and International Relations conducted a seminar addressing the intricacies of check provisions in trade. Dr. Muhammad Ali led the presentation, elucidating on the variety, number, and mechanisms of transactions across different banks in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Furthermore, he delineated the nature of checks, their main types, the conditions governing bank checks, specific transactions associated with them, and cautionary measures pivotal for upholding their validity and legality. The seminar garnered substantial engagement from a multitude of students, along with faculty members and teaching assistants.
