Under the supervision of the Field Training Center, led by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the second and third days of the Field Training Preparatory Week for PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication commenced for the academic year 2024-2025.
The events focused on highlighting the importance of field training in linking theoretical aspects with practical application. This contributes to preparing distinguished media professionals capable of facing the challenges of the job market and integrating theoretical study with practical application, ensuring the development of a generation of university graduates who possess the scientific competence and practical experience required by local and international job markets.
The preparatory week saw the participation of several prominent external entities, including:
- DMC Channel, represented by Ms. Mona Hegab.
- UDJAT Company, represented by Mr. Ahmed Farahat.
- Al-Watan Newspaper, represented by Ms. Marwa Morsi.
- Egyptian Television, represented by Mr. Mohamed Nasser.
- Training Marketing Company, represented by Mr. Shady Hossam.
- Egyptian Radio, represented by Ms. Somaya El-Bakadouchy.
- Egyptian General Book Organization (Ministry of Culture), represented by Mr. Mohamed Sayed.
These collaborations enhance students’ opportunities to gain practical experience and expand their professional networks, underscoring PUA’s commitment to preparing its graduates for the job market.
