The Field Training Preparatory Week for the academic year 2024-2025 has commenced at PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication. These events aim to prepare students for integration into the job market and develop their practical skills.
The opening lecture was delivered by Dr. Noha El-Asdoudy, Director of the Faculty’s Field Training Unit, with the presence of Prof. Dr. Naela Emaraa, Dean of the Faculty. This week is part of PUA’s Field Training Center plan, supervised by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Dr. Etman gave an encouraging speech to the students, explaining that “the university is not just a place for receiving lessons or passing exams, but rather an arena for honing minds, shaping values, and building the future.” The events focused on highlighting the importance of field training in linking theoretical aspects with practical application. This contributes to preparing distinguished professionals capable of facing the challenges of the job market and integrating theoretical study with practical application, ensuring the development of a generation of university graduates who possess the scientific competence and practical experience required by local and international job markets.
