Human Development and Success Making

Driven by its interest in developing the academic and professional capabilities of its faculty members, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design held a workshop titled “Human Development and Success Making”. This workshop comes within the Faculty’s continuous efforts to support self-development and enhance effective leadership and management skills within the academic community.

The workshop addressed several important themes, including developing skills in effective communication, time management, and team building, in addition to strategies for motivation and success making in the university work environment. The seminar was delivered by Dr. Khamis El Hannawy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of I Can Read Foundation for Human Resources Development, President of I Can Lead Foundation for Training and Consultancy, and President of the Arab Forum for Education and Training. Dr. El Hannawy shared a set of practical experiences that contribute to developing leadership capabilities and achieving professional excellence within academic institutions.

The Faculty administration confirmed that this workshop embodies its commitment to investing in human resource development as the fundamental pillar for achieving academic and administrative excellence, aligning with PUA’s vision to enhance the quality of academic performance and foster a creative work environment within the University.
