In a profound embodiment of its humanitarian mission, PUA’s Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED) conducted a campaign to distribute “Ramadan Bags” to underprivileged families at the “Al-Qalaa” Association in the El-Awayed District. The campaign was marked by a fruitful collaboration between the Faculty of Arts and Design and the Faculty of Pharmacy, reflecting the solidarity of PUA’s students and faculty in community service.

The initiative was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, alongside a group of student volunteers who managed the logistical organization and distribution.

Dr. Etman emphasized that this event aims to expand the social safety net and strengthen partnerships with civil society organizations. He noted that the joint participation of diverse faculties like Arts and Pharmacy in a single field activity reinforces teamwork and deepens the culture of social responsibility among students, translating academic values into a tangible reality that serves the people of Alexandria.
