Role of Assistant Staff in Accreditation and Quality

The Quality Assurance Unit at PUA’s Faculty of Pharmacy hosted a specialized workshop titled “The Role of Teaching Assistants in Accreditation and Quality,” marking the third installment of the faculty’s ongoing awareness series. This initiative embodies the principle of shared responsibility in elevating the educational framework and fulfilling institutional and programmatic accreditation standards.

The workshop highlighted the pivotal role of teaching assistants and assistant lecturers as the primary bridge between the faculty and students, serving as active partners in implementing quality benchmarks. The Quality Assurance Unit Director reviewed the unit’s core tasks and support services offered to young academic talents, ensuring the enhancement of learning outcomes and scientific research.
