Food Safety and Preservation

In a dedicated effort to promote community service and environmental development, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management hosted an educational lecture titled “Safe and Healthy Food Preservation.” The session aimed to bolster public awareness regarding food safety standards and correct storage methods. By emphasizing these practices, the faculty seeks to maintain the nutritional value and quality of food while minimizing health risks associated with improper handling.
