PUA Chess Tournament Concluded

Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) concluded its annual Chess Tournament, organized by the Student Activities Department. The event witnessed intense competition among students from various faculties, reflecting the university’s commitment to enhancing intellectual skills, strategic thinking, and fostering a spirit of positive competition.

The tournament concluded with the coronation of the following winners:

• First Place: Sama Amr Abdo (Faculty of Languages and Translation)
• Second Place: Moataz Khaled Tawfik (Faculty of Pharmacy)
• Third Place: Mohamed Sobhy Mostafa, Faculty of Arts and Design)

At the end of the event, the Student Activities Department expressed its pride in the participants’ high performance and dedication. The Department also reaffirmed its ongoing support for such mental activities, which play a vital role in developing students’ analytical capabilities and preparing them to excel in both academic and professional life.
