Itay El-Baroud and Mohamed Mekkled Visit PUA
As part of its leading role in guiding high school students toward the horizons of contemporary art education, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design received two student delegations from Itay El-Baroud Educational School and Mohamed Mekkled Secondary School. The day’s events began with a warm welcome followed by a comprehensive introductory presentation covering the faculty’s vision and mission. The presentation focused on the diverse academic departments that integrate aesthetic aspects with modern technologies to prepare a generation of designers capable of competing and innovating.
The visit also featured an interactive tour that allowed students to explore the study and practical training opportunities the faculty provides to develop their skills in alignment with changing labor market demands. The meeting witnessed a rich discussion between students and faculty members, during which students inquired about admission requirements and future career paths. In their responses, the professors emphasized the importance of refining natural talent through specialized academic study. This initiative is part of a series of introductory activities adopted by the faculty to support students in making crucial decisions regarding their university paths and to instill a culture of innovation among the new generations.
