Exploring Strategic Cooperation with the NMC

In a strategic move to strengthen training partnerships with leading medical institutions, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, received a high-level delegation from the New Medical Center (NMC) in Alexandria. The delegation included Mr. Mostafa El-Sherif, HR Director; Ms. Dina Hossam, Organizational Development Specialist; and Ms. Habiba Ahmed, Learning and Development Specialist.

The meeting focused on discussing the framework for a joint Memorandum of Understanding to provide exceptional training opportunities for students across various PUA faculties within the hospital’s specialized departments. The proposed protocol aims to bridge academic curricula with direct practical experience, refining students’ skills and preparing them according to the latest professional standards in management and medical services.

Dr. Etman emphasized that this upcoming partnership aligns with the university’s vision to expand field training opportunities with highly efficient and experienced entities. The discussion also explored avenues for exchanging expertise to provide distinguished healthcare services for the university community, reinforcing PUA’s role in nurturing its students and enhancing their competitive edge in the labor market.
