Arts and Design Visits the Royal Jewelry Museum

As part of the significant community role that Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) places on spreading cultural and artistic awareness, the Community Service and Environmental Development Center, in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts and Design, visited the Royal Jewelry Museum in Alexandria, under the supervision of Dr. Maya Mohamed Farid.

The visit aimed to foster a sense of national belonging among students by introducing them to one of the most important historical landmarks that embody aspects of refined Egyptian heritage and exquisite art. It also sought to support communication between the University and the local community through educational activities that contribute to preserving the Egyptian cultural identity and transmitting it to new generations.

This event is part of the Community Service Center’s plan to develop heritage and aesthetic awareness among university students, encouraging them to draw inspiration from the artistic heritage for their future academic and community projects.
