Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, reviewed the proposed follow-up models to be activated during interviews related to the mechanism followed by the Special Cases Care Center for the Fall 2025/2026 academic year.

This took place in the presence of the Center’s coordinators from various faculties for the new academic year, as well as the Center’s official. The models presented included a follow-up form for the Center, a form for the coordinator, and a deletion form covering cases such as student removal from the list, student completion of study years, or student transfer from the University.

The presentation emphasized that these forms are activated through interviews, the effective role of the coordinator, and the submission of supporting documents to update the data and status of students with special needs to determine the required support, all within the framework of the mechanism that has been followed to serve students in all faculties for years.
