“Reuse It” Competition

In an atmosphere of creativity and environmental responsibility, PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology held a competition titled “Reuse It”, aiming to encourage creativity in recycling used materials and transforming them into useful tools and innovative artworks.

The competition seeks to raise students’ awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability and waste reduction, in line with PUA’s vision to be a “Green University” supporting sustainable development.

The competition was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Samy Erfan, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hamdy El-Wakil, Vice Dean, Dr. Ahmed El-Khouly, Faculty’s CSED’s member, and Dr. Alaa Hegazy, Faculty’s Green Pharos representative.

At the conclusion of the event, students with the best projects were awarded certificates of appreciation for their excellence and innovations in utilizing simple materials to serve the environment and society, a step that reflects the Faculty’s eagerness to motivate its students toward innovation and active contribution to supporting sustainability principles.
