In a gesture of appreciation reflecting PUA’s pride in fruitful institutional cooperation, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, honored the delegation from the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD). This followed the success of the specialized training course hosted by the university titled “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities.”

The honorees included Dr. Yasmine Saad Matar, Disability Consultant at the NCPD, Mr. Mohamed Mokhtar Gharib, Director of NCPD Citizens Service Department, and Ms. Basant Rabie, Sign Language Trainer and Interpreter at the NCPD.

This recognition was granted in appreciation of their outstanding contributions and active participation in enriching rights-based and legal awareness within the university community. Dr. Etman emphasized that this tribute reflects PUA’s strategy to empower persons with disabilities and provide an inclusive, motivating educational environment, supported by leading national experts who contribute to shaping a more inclusive and equitable future.
