Arts and Crafts Workshop

PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a specialized workshop titled “Arts and Crafts,” supervised by the Student Activities Department. The initiative aimed to foster students’ creative skills and encourage artistic expression. The workshop drew a large number of students interested in applied arts, featuring hands-on training in innovative candle-making techniques using various materials and colors, which allowed for experimentation and the production of unique artistic pieces.

A key highlight of the workshop was “Artistic Sustainability,” where participants learned to repurpose everyday materials, such as glass jars, transforming them into decorative pieces for interior spaces. This experience contributed to enhancing the students, artistic sense and strengthening the spirit of teamwork. The event reflects the Faculty’s commitment to providing content that harmonizes traditional handcrafts with innovative, eco-friendly solutions in the world of design.
