Digital Strategic Communication

PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication hosted a specialized session titled “Strategic Communication and Brand Reputation Management in the Digital Age.” The session featured guest expert Obed Chauke, Lecturer in the Department of Public Relations and Communication Management at Durban University of Technology, South Africa. This initiative aligns with the Faculty’s commitment to enhancing international expertise and exposing students to global academic and professional perspectives.

The session witnessed significant engagement and rich discussions as the South African expert explored the latest mechanisms for building digital reputations amidst rapid technological shifts. He also detailed the formulation of effective communication strategies that meet global market demands. Students engaged in thought-provoking discussions, reflecting a deep awareness of brand management challenges and a keen interest in adopting international standards within the fields of public relations and digital communication.
