Driven by the role of PUA’s Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED) in supporting scientific excellence, the center participated in the ceremony organized by the Faculty of Languages and Translation to honor its outstanding students. The event was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Osama Madany, Dean of the Faculty, with a significant presence of faculty members and parents.
During the event, the “Excellence Courses” system adopted by CSED across university faculties was highlighted. This competitive system designates one core course each semester as a benchmark for excellence, where students achieving an A or A+ grades are recognized, and the top ten students from each faculty are selected for honors. Dr. Etman expressed his appreciation for the faculty’s efforts in developing students’ linguistic skills, emphasizing that this recognition fosters a spirit of positive competition and prepares qualified linguistic cadres capable of competing in content creation and translation, effectively contributing to the realization of Egypt Vision 2030.
