PUA Athletes Excel in Fencing Competitions

With precision and high technical skill, Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) competed in the fencing championships (Men & Women) as part of the 53rd edition of the Egyptian Universities League, the “Shahid Al-Rifaie Tournament.” The event took place, under the supervision of the Student Activities Department, featuring top-tier fencers from across Egyptian universities.

PUA was represented by a female student in the “Sabre” category and a male student in the “Foil” category. Both athletes delivered outstanding performances, reflecting the high standard of physical and mental preparation provided by the university. Their ability to compete in a sport requiring immense focus and quick reflexes further cements the university’s standing in prestigious Olympic sports.
