Strategic Academic Partnerships with Trinity College Dublin and TU Dublin

A high-level delegation from Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) conducted an intensive working visit to Ireland, aimed at strengthening international academic cooperation and building strategic partnerships with Trinity College Dublin and TU Dublin. The delegation included Prof. Dr. Osama Madany, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation; Prof. Dr. Tarek Taha, Dean of the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences; Dr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah Ragab, PUA’s Secretary General; and Dr. Mennatullah Gowayed, Director of International Relations.
At Trinity College Dublin, the delegation discussed ways to enhance current cooperation under the Erasmus+ program, focusing on developing academic and cultural exchange in linguistics and interdisciplinary studies. Both parties also explored expanding the partnership to include other faculties, reflecting Pharos University’s commitment to building comprehensive academic alliances.
At TU Dublin, discussions centered on strengthening the existing dual degree program and exploring new collaboration opportunities in tourism, hospitality, and culinary arts. This visit aligns with Pharos University’s strategy to enhance its international standing and provide high-quality education that meets global labor market demands.
