PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management continues to build on its track record of success by offering pioneering educational experiences. The faculty proudly announces the upcoming visit of international chef Christian Daou, Executive Chef of City Center Rotana Hotel in Doha, Qatar. Chef Daou will be hosting specialized practical training for students from April 21 to 28, 2025.
During this week, Chef Daou will provide students with an opportunity to learn about the latest global trends in culinary arts. The training will enable students to engage with authentic international experiences, gaining valuable insights into the standards of operations in leading global hotels.
This initiative is an extension of the college’s ongoing efforts to offer students an enriching learning experience. Last year, the college hosted Chef Noel Remacle, and now, with Chef Daou’s arrival, the faculty continues its mission to bridge global culinary expertise with local education.
The event underlines the faculty’s commitment to developing students’ professional skills, ensuring they stay connected to the most current international industry trends. This collaboration reinforces PUA’s dedication to academic excellence, professional leadership, and empowering students to thrive in both local and international job markets.
