The fair featured strong participation from leading pharmaceutical companies, prestigious pharmacies, and specialized training organizations, all keen to present comprehensive insights into career opportunities awaiting pharmacy graduates. The event focused on providing practical training and employment prospects across various pharmaceutical sectors while bridging the gap between academic preparation and industry requirements.
Participants expressed overwhelming appreciation for the initiative, with students valuing the direct engagement with company representatives, and employers commending the exceptional qualifications of the faculty’s graduates. The Dean emphasized that this fair aligns with the faculty’s comprehensive strategy to ensure graduate excellence and smooth transition into the workforce.
Looking ahead, the faculty plans to enhance such initiatives by organizing specialized workshops on CV writing and interview skills, while expanding partnerships with industrial institutions to create more opportunities. This reflects the Faculty of Pharmacy’s dedication to keeping pace with pharmaceutical labor market developments and preparing competitive professionals for both local and global markets.
