As part of its commitment to enhancing the quality of education and training, Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) has launched the Field Training Preparatory Week for students of the Faculty of Engineering for the academic year 2024-2025. This initiative aims to refine students’ practical and training skills, better preparing them to compete effectively in the job market.
The events began with a lecture delivered by Dr. Radwa Zarea, Director of the Faculty’s Field Training Unit. This week is part of PUA’s Field Training Center’s plan, supervised by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
Dr. Etman delivered an inspiring speech, motivating students towards success and encouraging them to strive, persevere, and work diligently. The Preparatory Week’s activities are scheduled to continue over the coming days, with the participation of various external entities. This reflects the university’s dedication to providing its students with a comprehensive educational experience that integrates academic learning with practical application.
