Expanding the academic and technical horizons of its students, PUA’s Faculty of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, under the supervision of the Student Activities Department, hosted a specialized scientific seminar titled “Embedded Systems.” The seminar was presented by expert engineers specialized in the field, who provided in-depth insights into the scientific principles and practical applications of these systems, which serve as the technological backbone for various modern and intelligent industries.

More than 100 students attended the seminar expressing their great appreciation for its content and its relevance to their future careers, particularly given the increasing global reliance on intelligent systems across various sectors. The seminar was held with the full support and encouragement of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman, Dean of the Faculty, who emphasized the importance of hosting such scientific gatherings to refine students’ skills and connect them directly with practical field expertise.

This initiative is part of the faculty’s strategy to prepare a generation of programmers and engineers capable of tackling complex technical challenges by hosting industry experts to share their professional experiences on campus. Through these activities, PUA reinforces the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application to ensure its graduates excel in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence both locally and internationally, keeping pace with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
