A Visit to Al-Hana Nursing Home

The humanity of PUA’s students is renewed in every initiative that carries hope and warmth, as a group of students from the Faculties of Pharmacy and Financial and Administrative Sciences embarked on a visit full of generosity to Al-Hana Nursing Home, as part of PUA’s activities aimed at establishing the values of compassion and social responsibility.

The visit reflected the spirit of cooperation and love that distinguishes PUA’s students; they presented recreational segments that included laughter and participation, distributed symbolic gifts, and conducted simple health checks supervised by Pharmacy students, adding a touch of care and human concern to the day. The visit was organized and supervised by Dr. Noha Badr, CSED’s Executive Director, with the participation of Dr. Alia Mounes, a member of Pharmacy’s CSED.

The residents of the Home expressed their great happiness with this visit, which broke their daily routine and brought joy to their hearts. The two faculties affirmed that this activity is a continuation of PUA’s approach to promoting community belonging and instilling the values of giving in its students. The visit concluded with commemorative photos and the exchange of thank-you notes, leaving this experience as a living example that knowledge is only complete when coupled with compassion and humanitarian work.
