A Virtual Tour of Archaeological Sites

The Scientific and Technological Committee at PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, in collaboration with the Student Activities Department, held a distinguished activity titled “Virtual Tour of Archaeological Sites via Google Earth”. The activity aimed to integrate modern technology into the educational process and enhance students’ knowledge of historical sites worldwide.

Students participated in an interactive tour where they explored the most famous archaeological landmarks using 3D maps, accompanied by a historical explanation of each site and training on digital navigation tools. The activity witnessed significant interaction and clear interest from the students, reflecting the success of the experience in presenting innovative and engaging educational content, which supports the practical application of technology in the tourism field.
