As part of the partnership agreement between PUA’s Architectural Engineering Department and Seif Real Estate Investment Company, the department organized a field visit for freshman students to the Sawari project in Alexandria, fulfilling requirements for the EAG122-Building Construction 2 course in the second semester.

Eng. Ahmed El-Sayed, a graduate of PUA’s Architectural Engineering Department, welcomed the students and guided them on a comprehensive site tour, providing detailed explanations about the various phases of project implementation and showcasing fundamental insulation methods and advanced techniques.

The visit included an introduction to diverse finishing skills and techniques, sequential stages, and materials used in each phase, as well as clarification of the precise technical principles for accepting each project stage according to approved engineering standards.

This field visit reflects the Department’s commitment to connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing students with authentic field experiences that enhance their professional skills in architecture and construction.
