PUA’s Student Activities Department held a special ceremony for singing talents, Quran recitation, and religious chants (Tawashih). The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, who praised the role of student activities in supporting talents and developing students’ creative abilities. He emphasized the importance of cultural and religious events in promoting societal and spiritual values. Also present were deans of some faculties, including Prof. Dr. Osama Madany, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation, and Prof. Dr. Maha Darwish, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, along with numerous faculty members and teaching assistants.
The ceremony featured presentations by student talents from all university faculties, who impressed the audience with their exceptional singing performances, alongside wonderful recitations from the Holy Quran and religious chants, creating an atmosphere of spirituality and artistic beauty within the University. Everyone praised the excellent organization of the ceremony, which reflects Pharos University’s commitment to offering diverse events that foster communication among students and encourage them to express themselves in various ways.
