Recognizing the “Ideal Worker”
In a gesture of gratitude reflecting PUA’s appreciation for the sincere efforts of its staff, the Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED), in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, held a ceremony to honor the “Ideal Worker”, reaffirming that the human element is the cornerstone of the university’s success.
This recognition embodies the university’s deep belief in the pivotal role workers play in supporting and stabilizing the educational and administrative systems. The event aimed to highlight honorable role models characterized by discipline, sincerity, and outstanding performance, thereby contributing to a positive work environment that encourages dedication and strengthens the sense of institutional belonging among all employees.
CSED emphasized that this initiative is part of an ongoing strategy to spread a culture of recognition and reward excellence.
