In a move reinforcing its academic and leading status, PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry actively participated in the 10th International Dental Exhibition and Conference (IDEX), as part of its continuous commitment to scientific outreach and participation in prominent international events.
The conference featured the honoring of Prof. Dr. Amr Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, who was hosted as the Honorary President of the Conference, in recognition of his academic standing and outstanding efforts in supporting and developing the field of dentistry.
Furthermore, one of the scientific sessions was dedicated to distinguished contributions from the faculty’s members, including:
- Khaled Aboul Azm, Professor of Orthodontics: Delivered an engaging lecture in the field of Orthodontics.
- Mohamed Attia and Dr. Mohamed Shawki: both presented advanced lectures in the field of Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment).
- Nihal Raed: Gave a specialized lecture in the field of Pediatric Dentistry.
The faculty’s involvement was not limited to the scientific sessions; it also included active engagement in the Scientific Competition held alongside the conference.
