PUA’s 1st Dental Journal Launched
PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry celebrated the release of the first issue of the Faculty’s Scientific Journal, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Amr Abdallah, Dean of the Faculty.
The journal was launched with Prof. Dr. Laila El-Habshey, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies serving as Editor-in-Chief, and with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamer El-Shafey, Assistant Professor in the Oral Biology Department and Co-Editor, and Dr. Mohamed Shawky, Lecturer in the Conservative Dentistry Department, Head of the Continuing Education Center, and Co-Editor.
On this occasion, the Dean congratulated all faculty members, teaching assistants, and dental researchers on this achievement, stressing the importance of continuing efforts to achieve further scientific and research accomplishments. The scientific journal covers multiple topics in the field of dentistry, including clinical and basic research, and modern techniques in dental treatment. The journal’s issuance comes within the framework of PUA’s efforts to enhance scientific research and innovation, and to provide distinguished educational and research services to its students and faculty members.
