Promoting Mental and Physical Health with a Yoga Session
Within its efforts to promote students’ physical and mental health, PUA’s Student Activities Department held a Yoga Session in the Student Theater,
The activity witnessed remarkable participation from students who engaged with the yoga exercises aimed at improving physical flexibility, relieving stress, and raising concentration levels. This activity comes within the Department’s commitment to providing diverse events that contribute to spreading awareness about the importance of adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The Department confirmed its continuation of organizing sports and awareness activities during the upcoming period to support students and enhance the positive spirit within the university campus.
