In a scene combining science, art, and environmental creativity, PUA’s Faculty of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts and Design, held a workshop titled “Pharma Art – Re Art Pharma”, embodying PUA’s vision of integrating academic knowledge with social responsibility for a more sustainable environment.
The workshop was an innovative initiative aimed at utilizing materials and remnants of pharmaceutical substances and transforming them into artistic works that express environmental awareness and emphasize the importance of recycling as a civilized approach serving the community.
The workshop was held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Salma Karar, Green Pharos Representative for the Faculty of Arts and Design and Dr. Alia Mounes, Community Service member at the Faculty of Pharmacy, in a unique collaboration that reflects the integration between the two faculties in establishing the concepts of sustainable creativity and environmental innovation.
