As part of PUA’s commitment to supporting various community groups and enhancing its role in the Special Cases Care Center, the Faculty of Dentistry held an Orientation Day for the Special Cases Care Center. The day aimed to inform students and faculty about the center’s vital role and the medical and humanitarian services it provides to special cases.

The event was organized under the patronage and presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. Also in attendance were Prof. Dr. Laila Habashy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Mervat Mohamed Khalil, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, along with faculty members and students.

During the event, Dr. Dina Abou Warda, the Faculty Coordinator for the Special Cases Care Center, delivered a speech outlining the committee’s role within the faculty and the key activities and initiatives implemented by the center. She affirmed that these efforts align with PUA’s mission to achieve social inclusion and provide a comprehensive educational and health environment that caters to all groups.

In addition, the event included a presentation showcasing the center’s activities and services, which encompass providing integrated care for special cases. This event underscores PUA’s vision to support community service and environmental development, and to implement specialized programs that ensure inclusion, equal opportunities, and social responsibility.
