In a welcoming atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and belonging, PUA’s Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions held its Orientation Day for new students for the upcoming academic year. The event aimed to introduce students to the faculty’s mission, vision, and different departments, and showcase its academic and community activities.

The Orientation Day was attended by key university and faculty leaders, including Prof. Dr. Nourhan Fanaki, Vice President for Educational Process Monitoring and Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saleh El-Saidi, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Mohamed El Kady, a faculty lecturer and member of the Community Service Center.

The event featured welcoming speeches from the faculty leadership, providing the new students with a comprehensive overview of the learning environment, study system, student services, and various activities available to support academic excellence and refine legal and research skills.

Emphasis was also placed on the importance of positive participation in student activities and community service, and the pivotal role of the faculty in preparing qualified legal professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to compete in the local and international job market. This event is part of the faculty’s commitment to facilitating the smooth integration of new students into university life and fostering their sense of belonging from the very first day.
