Launching a Dental Health Awareness Convoy to QIS

In line with PUA’s prominent community role and its commitment to promoting preventive health education among children, the Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED) launched a comprehensive medical awareness convoy at Quds International School (QIS). This initiative is part of a series of field missions aimed at providing healthcare support and education to educational institutions across Alexandria.

The convoy showcased a remarkable collaboration between university faculties, led by the Faculty of Dentistry in partnership with the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology and the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences. The activities focused on interactive health education, where dentistry students conducted simplified sessions for children on oral hygiene and cavity prevention. To reinforce these healthy habits, toothbrushes and toothpaste were distributed to the students, creating an atmosphere of joy and encouraging them to adopt proper daily care routines. CSED emphasized that this convoy reflects the university’s mission of interdisciplinary integration to serve the community and foster a health-conscious generation.
