“Know Yourself”: An Educational Seminar to Enhance Self-Awareness
As part of its commitment to building the well-rounded character of its students, PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation held a cultural and educational seminar titled “Know Yourself”, supervised by the Student Activities Department. The seminar was attended by numerous students and faculty members. Dr. Naglaa Nada delivered a profound presentation on the concept of self-awareness as a fundamental pillar for academic and professional success, emphasizing the importance of self-understanding in a rapidly changing world.
The seminar focused on practical aspects to help participants discover their latent personal abilities and develop self-confidence as a primary step toward building a leadership personality. Dr. Nada also addressed mechanisms for improving effective communication skills and sound decision-making methods based on a realistic assessment of capabilities and goals. This event is part of a series of activities adopted by the faculty to support the psychological and skill-based development of students, ensuring the preparation of graduates who possess not only linguistic competence but also the psychological resilience and awareness necessary to lead their future.
