In an artistic showcase aimed at advancing the technical tools of young artists, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a specialized event titled “Gouache Colors: From Flat to Texture”. The event focused on breaking traditional boundaries in using gouache, moving beyond flat color fields toward advanced techniques centered on building Texture and adding visual dimensions that provide depth and vitality to the artwork.
The program featured practical workshops and live demonstrations led by specialized faculty members. Students were trained on advanced blending methods and the use of various tools and mediums to highlight textural effects. The event witnessed significant engagement from students, who displayed and discussed their works in a stimulating creative environment. This experience refined their technical skills and opened new horizons for artistic expression using gouache in a contemporary and professional manner.
