Discussing Development Plans with Key Media Figures

PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication held its Faculty Board meeting to deliberate on key issues regarding teaching methodologies, field training, academic advising, and faculty promotions, alongside future strategic plans for educational development.

The meeting was distinguished by the attendance of prominent media figures, including TV Director Mr. Amr Abdeen, Head of Nile Drama Channel, and the renowned journalist Mr. Mostafa El-Belk, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Al-Gomhuria Newspaper. Their participation underscores the faculty’s commitment to bridging the gap between academic theory and the practical demands of the media industry.

The Dean of the Faculty emphasized that the board’s primary focus is to align educational and research programs with the latest global trends in media and communication. This ensures that students are well-equipped for the labor market while maintaining high standards of academic and professional excellence.
