In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and new beginnings, PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry welcomed its new students for the academic year 2025/2026 during the Second Orientation Day organized under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Amr El Sayed, Dean of the Faculty. The Orientation Day was organized to prepare new students for university life and the study system, and to listen to their opinions and suggestions, thereby enhancing communication between the Faculty and its students.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Executive Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, the Student Activities Coordinator, and the Academic Advisor for new students. During the event, a comprehensive presentation was given on the study system, number of academic years, scientific departments, as well as schedules, curricula, and scientific and student activities within the Faculty. The Orientation Day also included an introduction to the work of the Quality Assurance Unit, International Relations, the Green Pharos Committee, and the Entrepreneurship Unit, in addition to reviewing the services provided by supporting administrations such as the Information Technology Unit, Libraries, and the Special Cases Care Center.

The meeting concluded with the Dean emphasizing the importance of these events in supporting new students and facilitating their integration into university life, praising the role of faculty members and various administrations in providing an integrated educational environment that meets the requirements of the labor market in the field of dentistry.
