In the context of fostering academic cooperation and exchanging scientific insights among leading educational institutions, Prof. Dr. Naela Emara, Dean of PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication, participated in the 9th Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Mass Communication at the Modern University for Technology and Information (MTI). Held under the pivotal theme “Media, Entertainment Industry, and Social Responsibility”, the conference highlighted the growing role of media in shaping collective consciousness and the extent of the entertainment industry’s commitment to ethical and social standards amidst the current digital boom.

During the conference, Dr. Emara chaired one of the primary research sessions, skillfully moderating scientific discussions among researchers and participants. In her interventions, she emphasized the necessity of achieving a delicate balance between the attractiveness of the entertainment industry and a steadfast commitment to social responsibility towards the public. Concluding her participation, the Dean extended her sincere gratitude to the conference organizers, appreciating the gracious invitation and stressing the importance of such forums in advancing scientific research and developing media studies to serve the issues of Arab society.
