Supervised by the Student Activities Department, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design inaugurated a specialized workshop titled “The Concept in Interior Architecture”. The workshop aimed to empower students with the creative methodologies needed to craft a “Design Concept”, the core element that defines the identity and uniqueness of any architectural project.

The workshop explored the journey of transforming an abstract idea into a tangible reality, starting from the inspiration and analytical research phases to integrating this vision with the functional and aesthetic requirements of interior spaces. Students engaged in interactive discussions and practical applications, learning how to link their “Concept” to various design elements such as lighting, materials, and spatial distribution. The faculty emphasized that mastering the design concept is the key differentiator between conventional design and professional innovation—a skill Pharos University is committed to instilling in the next generation of interior architects.
