PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design held its annual Orientation Day for its new students. This event is part of the faculty’s commitment to welcoming students and providing them with a comprehensive introduction to university life, academic programs, and activities that support the development of their creative skills.
The event featured a notable presence from Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. Dr. Etman delivered a speech expressing his delight in sharing their first day, stressing that Arts and Design are effective tools for community service and fostering cultural and environmental awareness. He urged the students to participate actively in activities and leverage the opportunities the university offers to become exemplary models of creativity and social responsibility.
