Arts and Design’s Alumni Meeting
In a vibrant artistic gathering that joined student ambition with alumni expertise, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design held a special “Alumni Meeting” alongside the Faculty’s annual Gallery. The event aimed to create a vital communication bridge, allowing current students to draw inspiration from real-world success stories of graduates who have successfully navigated the professional market.
The meeting featured inspiring role models who shared their career paths and entrepreneurial insights, including:
- Habiba Amr: Technical Office Engineer, who showcased project management skills.
- Yasmine Ramadan: Engineer at a leading furniture company, who shared her expertise in industrial design.
- Graduate Tuqa Ahmed: Who presented her successful experience in establishing and managing small businesses via digital platforms.
During his tour of the bazaar, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice-president for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, praised the high quality of the displayed projects, emphasizing that such initiatives embody the university’s vision of transforming academic education into practical, applicable, and competitive ideas. The faculty management reaffirmed that this meeting is more than just a celebration; it is a sustainable strategy to support entrepreneurship and prepare students for the future through direct engagement with successful models in their fields.
