Afforestation Campaign: Arts and Design

Embodying the values of environmental sustainability, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design participated in an extensive afforestation campaign at the university nursery. This activity was organized as part of the 3rd “Green Pharos” environmental campaign.

The Faculty’s Community Service Center highlighted that this initiative provides students with a unique opportunity to integrate their artistic skills and creative vision into the design and organization of green spaces, while fostering environmental awareness and ecological responsibility. Students enthusiastically participated in planting seedlings and enhancing the campus landscape, contributing to a greener and more aesthetically pleasing educational environment.

This event underscores PUA’s commitment to balancing academic and creative excellence with environmental preservation, in alignment with national trends toward green development.
