A Humanitarian Visit to Naba al Hope Society

In a humanitarian tableau overflowing with love and hope, PUA, through its Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED), organized a special visit to Naba al Hope (Love Spring) Society for Children with Cancer, with the participation of the Faculties of Dentistry, Financial and Administrative Sciences, and Applied Health Sciences Technology. The visit was supervised by Dr. Noha Badr, CSED’s Executive Director, Dr. Sherif Darwish, Community Service member at the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Esraa Mounir, Student Activities Coordinator at the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, along with a group of faculty members and numerous students from the participating faculties.

During the visit, Dentistry students presented an interactive awareness session for the children on oral and dental health care in a simple and enjoyable manner, while students from the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences distributed gifts and toys to the children, bringing joy to their hearts and smiles to their faces. Students from the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology also contributed by distributing meals, gifts, and toys, in addition to offering simplified health tips to help the children maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The visit reflected the spirit of cooperation among PUA’s faculties and CSED, embodying PUA’s commitment to its mission of integrating volunteer and humanitarian work within the educational system, and developing social awareness among its students through active participation in charitable initiatives and developmental activities.
