In a move that reinforces its active role in preparing students for the job market, Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) has signed a joint cooperation protocol with “Artellers” for Interior Design. The protocol aims to provide exceptional training opportunities for university students, enabling them to practically apply their theoretical knowledge and gain experience that will allow them to compete strongly in their fields.

The protocol was signed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Eng. Mohannad Osama Fathy, representing Artellers company.

The signing was attended by Prof. Dr. Maha Darwish, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Khodeir, Director of the Faculty’s Training Unit, and Dr. Maya Farid, a lecturer at the Department of Interior Design, Faculty of Arts and Design.

This agreement is part of PUA’s commitment to building bridges between the academic environment and the business sector, ensuring the graduation of professionals who possess the practical skills required by the job market.
