A Lecture on Interpersonal Skills

As part of its mission to foster well-rounded student personalities and enhance life skills, PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation hosted an insightful awareness lecture titled “Mastering Interpersonal Skills”. The session was delivered by Dr. Shaimaa Serag. The lecture highlighted effective communication strategies, the art of active listening, and building positive professional relationships. It also provided practical techniques for managing daily pressures and resolving conflicts constructively. This event reflects PUA’s commitment to graduating students who are not only linguistically proficient but also possess the “Social Intelligence” and behavioral skills necessary for success and leadership within the university and the broader community.
