Pharmacy Participates in the Course File Updates Workshop
Dr. Enas Masoud, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at PUA’s Faculty of Pharmacy, participated in a specialized workshop addressing “Updates on Course File Preparation According to 2025-2026 Amendments.” The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mona Othman, Quality and Development Advisor to the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, aiming to review the latest standards for organizing and documenting academic course files to ensure the integration of educational evidence.
The workshop provided an essential platform to review modern mechanisms that render the course file an accurate representation of targeted learning outcomes, aligning with evolving labor market needs and accreditation standards. The sessions focused on precise documentation methods for all academic activities and assessment tools to guarantee measurement accuracy based on best educational practices.
The Quality Assurance Director transferred the acquired expertise to the Faculty of Pharmacy’s academic team, including department heads and faculty members, ensuring immediate and effective application across all course files. This pivotal step prepares the faculty for review operations and applying for institutional and programmatic accreditation, where the course file serves as the primary foundational evidence for accreditation bodies to evaluate educational program quality and excellence.
